Departure from the Pointe Helbronner (3462m), reached by the Sky Way cable car from Entrèves, in Italy – Val d’Aosta. The Col d'Entrèves hike is a magnificent glacier hike that will totally immerse you into this breathtaking universe. You will enjoy the unique atmosphere of the high altitude landscape of the Glacier du Géant and have exceptional views of the Mont Blanc du Tacul, Mont Maudit, Mont Blanc and Tour Ronde. From the Col d’Entrèves, you will return to the Pointe Helbronner the same way.
The glacier hike of the Col d'Entrèves is for people wishing to discover the world of high mountains without using the aerial ridge of the Aiguille du Midi. No previous mountaineering experience is required.
